Phoenix Coaters currently operates in two of our locations; Berlin, WI and Beaver Dam, WI East. Beaver Dam, WI West will represent Phoenix Coater's third location which began construction in October 2009 and has a starting production date set for June of 2010. With the new Beaver Dam West location, the coating capabilities will include five production lines ranging from nine to fifteen stages of pre-treat with room to expand each as needed to meet demand. The multiple systems combined with computerized planning ensures that schedules are managed between facilities and bottlenecks are identified early, allowing proactive routing between systems to maintain on time delivery and flexibility of capacity to meet customers needs. Coating capabilities include; E-coating, Military certified Chemical Agent Resistant Coatings (CARC), Commercial/Industrial Liquid Coating, Powder Coating, Shot Blasting, Zinc Phosphate Pretreatment, Acid Pickle, Alodine Conversion Coating, Value Added Assembly, and Logistics and Program Management.
